Choosing Your Camera

You may like photography. You may love photography. Either way if it is a keen interest or potential money making venture you need to make sure that your camera is fit for purpose. Considerations like the white balance, pixel rate, shutter speed, lenses, storage and file type are a few things to think about. If you are just looking for a casual snap then you may be able to use your mobile phone with the addition of some well developed apps to create great looking photos at the fraction of the cost or time investment.

For other who look to want to take it more seriously then your application will be the deciding factor in what you use. If you are going to go down the route of a studio photographer you will need to consider the white balance and other additional tools you may need like lights or lenses. for extreme sport spouter, weddings and night club photography the requirements will differ greatly.
